About Us

Australian Laser Cleaning is the leader in non-destructive cleaning technology servicing New South Wales and beyond.  We calibrate the settings in our laser cleaning machines specifically to the material to be removed and the customers requirements. Each coating, contaminant and substrate have their own specific setting based on the type of clean required.

Through the use of laser technology, we can remove oxides and coatings from steels while also being able to remove graffiti and soot from heritage stone leaving the stone undamaged and with its original heritage appearance.

While all cleaning methods have hazards, laser cleaning is a safe and effective method of industrial cleaning when applied correctly. We use certified laser filtered safety glasses, multi-level fume extraction equipment and laser safety screens to ensure we keep our employees, customers and the public safe when operating our equipment.

How it Works

Our Lasers use ultra-short, high-energy pulses of light to detach and vaporise unwanted contaminants and coatings with no damage to the substrate. Each coating or contaminant requires the laser to be calibrated for an efficient removal. We use a specific laser that cannot penetrate through the damage threshold of certain substrates. The contaminant or coating have a lower damage threshold which allows the laser pulses to crimp or vaporise the unwanted material from the substrate leaving it unharmed and in its purest form without any base material removal.
